But what do they care, I already took the car and can't return it. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. I always answer my phone and if *** really wanted to handle this he would have looked up my file and called me. I can't believe this is all over a few dings on a door and a passenger side visor mirror that they promised to repair and replace. I also showed up at the dealer and to my surprise he was not available. One day I actually left my phone on speaker and started working and after 2 hours I just hung up.
